New booking process for trainings

It is important to us that it is easy for you to use our services – which is why we are in the process of centralizing our online services in a customer portal. Some countries can already easily book and manage the ZF [pro]Academy trainings via the WABCO Customer Centre.

As a central customer portal, the WABCO Customer Centre provides a wealth of information to support you and your business. You will get a full overview of all the training courses offered and can immediately book the training you want. When it comes to managing your trainings, the new booking experience in My Dashboard allows you to submit additional information such as invoice details and training officers can see which courses are coming up for whom, which helps with planning.
