AEVO: Training of Trainers (IHK/CCI)
What is it about?
"Trainees may only train those who are personally and professionally suitable". According to §28 of the Vocational Training Act, special requirements are placed on the suitability of trainers. In addition to the professional skills and knowledge required for the respective profession, professional aptitude also includes vocational and work pedagogical knowledge. From 1 August 2009, these must again be provided by means of a certificate in accordance with the Trainer Aptitude Ordinance (AEVO). The aim of the training is to successfully pass the IHK exam for trainer suitability.

This training is suitable for (future) company trainers, skilled workers and merchants.
